				Nibley believed the court record to be mythical but, much to his dismay, it was later produced and proven to be authentic (Joseph Smith and the 1826 Trial: New Evidence and New Difficulties, BUY Studies, 12:225.).
Did you mean BYU Studies?  Do you want to remove one of the periods at the end?

It would be okay with me if the replacement was 
Andy Devine, the beloved sidekick to Roy Rogers.

As a youngster, I used to love the voices of 
both Andy Devine and Sterling Holloway.
