For the WoW just repent right before the interview. Just say a prayer and ask for forgiveness! Easy, Peasy, Lemmon Squeezy! That’s exactly why Jesus died for you!
As for tithing, I think official church guidance is that each member determines whether they are a full tithe payer. So if you feel that you are, you are! And if you factor in you required retirement and other savings requirments most people don’t have a huge amount of “net” income.
