She practiced law for nearly 30 years as a partner in the Salt Lake City law firm Snow, Christensen & Martineau, where she was serving as firm president at the time of her call to serve as Primary General President.

I feel like she took a big demotion. Clearly she's smarter and more capable than this talk would imply.
