In listening to talks like these it's helpful to understand that when they say the word testimony what they really mean is loyalty.
The concept of a testimony being stronger or weaker is kind of alien to me, a testimony just is, but what they're referring to is loyalty to the church and the leaders.

The five virgins that knew black men should be allowed to hold the priesthood are the five virgins that had oil in their lamps. Church leaders were the unwise five virgins that had to leave to go get a revelation to feel like it was okay to do that. The real Lord showed up while they were gone, teamed up with the five virgins that had oil in their lamps, and shut the door behind him.
Fill in the blank of the subject of black men being allowed to hold the priesthood in with any righteous cause. Women holding the priesthood. Treating LGBTQIA+ human beings as complete equals. You name it.
These guys are on the outside looking in believing that they are on the inside.
