I like his intensity and volume. It's weird for sure, but I like the change.

It is much better if you just listen and don’t watch. But over all refreshing to see someone who is not an old white Utah guy. I am going to give him another +10 because he has to be scared sh*tless. No other explanation for his angry look, anxiety.

We are half way done this session and I think we've generally given positive points to every speaker. I can't remember that happening in a long, long time.
